I chose to do a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Business Economics (MScDABE) in Hong Kong Baptist University because of its focus on business and not only technical knowledge which gives graduates a competitive advantage when entering job market. After graduating from this programme, I can unequivocally say that choosing MScDABE was the right decision for me. The programme focuses on teaching students how to make good use of data and business analytics knowledge for building data-driven strategies. The programme helped me to develop business analytics competency, and hands-on experience in solving real business problems in various areas such as management, finance, and marketing. On a personal level, the MScDABE programme gave me access to a close-knit community of talented, caring and hard-working people. The peers and faculties not only support my aspirations and endeavors, but also motivate me to become better every day. The MScDABE programme is hard work, but it's also fun, gratifying and fulfilling. I highly recommend the programme to anyone heading into Data Science or Business Intelligence fields.
