Mr. Henry TANG

Mr. Henry TANG is a technology leader and consultant specializing in AI/LLM-based solutions, data analytics, software development, and agile transformation. Currently he is the Founder and Director of Agility Paths, a consulting firm serving financial institutions, tertiary education institutions, NGOs, and startups. He leads business development, system architecture design, and applied AI application including LLM and agentic AI integration. Prior to founding Agility Paths, he was a Senior IT Director at HashKey Digital Asset Group, managing software development organizations in Hong Kong and Vietnam for its cryptocurrency exchange. He also held agile coaching and leadership roles at ExpressVPN and Lalamove, where he drove agile transformation and coached engineering teams. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Morgan Stanley building post-trade processing, operational risk, and trade surveillance technology, rising from Associate to Vice President.
